SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
Due to "Policy For Use Of Range For Special Events" all members will know that regardless of the scheduled events on weekends, bays 5, 6,and  7  will be available to members.

The Officers Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of March, July and November at 7:00 PM. They are being held at the the Buchanan Park Recreation Center. In order for a member to be included in the agenda of any meeting of C.C.C.S.C. the member must contact any Board member at least seven days prior to such meeting and advise that Board member of the subject material to be discussed and the approximate time needed.
 
RANGE USE POLICY GOVERNING SPECIAL EVENTS, TRAINING, INSTRUCTION
OR OTHER EVENTS CLOSING PORTIONS OF THE RANGE TO MEMBER INFORMAL SHOOTING:

Training, Instruction Classes may be scheduled on any weekday (Monday – Friday) but only one day of any weekend (Saturday or Sunday when no other event is scheduled). When you schedule a weekend class, you may use only one bay and not bay 5 or 6.  The Board of Directors will set the day of any weekend when Training, Instruction Classes or Special Events may take place.

All range activities that would utilize the Range for anything other than General Membership informal shooting must be approved by the Board of Directors and scheduled with the Range Manager (Lou Kingsley) before the publication of the Monthly Range Activity Schedule showing the scheduled range activity.
